The purpose of the course is to learn the fundamentals of designing and redesigning manufacturing processes with a “Lean” approach, aiming to reduce waste, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the system, and enhance product quality.
Certification method: Final written exam consisting of three open-ended questions.
