Full day course at 6 Fridays per semester + 2.5 days individual preparation for the exam.

This course is part of the HuCE EVA course series. The course topic is analogue micro electronic design. 

Contents and Learning Objectives:


  • Specifics of analogue integrated circuits
  • Characteristics of the metal-oxide-field-effect-transistor (MOSFET)
  • Characteristics of basic analogue integrated MOSFET-circuits
  • Exemplified schematic- and layout-design of analogue integrated circuits
  • Exemplified verification of analogue integrated circuits

Learning Objectives:

  • The student knows and applies the specifics of analogue integrated circuits in schematic- and layout-design.
  • The student knows the characteristics of the MOSFET and makes adequate use of the device.
  • The student knows and applies the methods of schematic- and layout-design as well of verification of analogue integrated circuits.
